Caramel simply means caramelized sugar, traditionally obtained by melting sugar in a sauce pot of water. The rich flavour and colour of caramel derive from the process of heating and melting the sugar. Caramel is appreciated as the main flavour and is also used in harmony with other flavours. With versatile MONIN Caramel, endless applications are possible! Caramel flavour is used in specialty coffee beverages, cocktails, desserts, and culinary applications.

That's faster than it takes most kettles to boil! And operating it couldn't be easier; simply pour cold water from your favourite mug [or cup] into the machine's integral reservoir. Next add your preferred brand of filter coffee and close the lid.
